Slovenian and Croatian investor days 2017
Today the fourth edition of the Slovenian and Croatian Investor Days, which this year grew into a two-day event, began its successul first day in Zagreb. This year’s Conference again, as every year since its inception, surpassed previous year's interest in the number of interested investors and meetings held.  The participation of investors is thus record high and shows growing interest in Slovenian and Croatian capital markets.

The event has become a traditional event taking place in May of every year offering investors one-on-one meetings with listed companies. Due to the growing interest of investors each year, the organisers decided to extend the event into a two-day event in order to be able to offer to as many investors as possible the opportunity to meet with the company representives.
This year eight  Slovenian and seven Croatian listed companies of the highest quality are participating in the Conference: Atlantic Grupa, Gorenje, Hrvatska elektroprivreda, Hrvatski telekom, Intereuropa, Krka, Luka Koper, Petrol, Podravka, SavaRe, Tankerska Next Generation, Telekom Slovenije, Valamar Riviera, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Zavarovalnica Triglav.
The event is being attended by 30 investment companies and banks and 56 analysts and investors from Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, China, Croatia and Slovenia. There were record 255 requests for meetings and the companies will hold as many as 198 individual and group meetings.
For this occasion Mrs. Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, stated, "Since we started organizing this event with the Ljubljana Stock Exchangefour years ago, the number of investors and meeting requests has been constantly increasing, especially of foreign investors.This is a good indication that such events are needed, and it also shows the importance of the joint presentation of our markets.The Zagreb Stock Exchange puts a lot of effort into presenting our issuers professionally and consistently to interested investors and thus contributing to the attractiveness and liquidity of our market."

Mr Aleš Ipavec, President of the Management Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange further added, “The joint activities of the Ljubljana and Zagreb Stock Exchanges have borne fruit and we have seen many interesting new developments on both markets. I am extremely pleased that our cooperation in this event is so successful and has turned this event into a staple where important local and international investors participate every year and their growing number confirmes the attractivenes of both markets”. 

The main goal of the event is to facilitate the access of Slovenian and Croatian listed companies to local and international investors and thus strenthen their visibility and liquidity. The event is a perfect opportuntiy for investors and analysts to learn more about the best Slovenian and Croatian listed companies.

The Zagreb and Ljubljana Stock Exchanges will continue with individual and joint activities to increase investors’ interest and to further strengthen the existing trust of local as well as international investors.
