New Zagreb Stock Exchange rules took effect
The new Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, approved by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (hereinafter: Agency) on May 19th, 2011 took effect today.

Work on the new rules in close cooperation with the Agency took almost a year and the rules open up many possibilities that were previously not enforceable in the domestic capital market, such as the inclusion of structured products, admission to trading the Instruments of the issuers domiciled outside the Republic of Croatia on the International MTP, short selling etc.

New Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange are closely related to the development of the trading system: the trading system is upgraded in accordance with the provisions of the new Rules.
