According to Article 293 paragraph 4, Croatian Securities market Law, Zagreb Stock Exchange is obliged to publish data on the shareholder structure.
Shareholder data are considered to be released, if they are publish, a least, on Zagreb stock Exchange website. Older ownership structure may be available on request, sent to e-mail nadzor@zse.hr.
Therefore, once a month ZSE publishes information regarding its ownership structure, according to list of shareholders received from Central Depository and Clearing agency (SKDD). Older entries can be accessed on demand by contacting us via email at nadzor@zse.hr.
