Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board

Ivana graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 1997, majoring in Finance. In 2001 she completed the Executive MBA program at the International Executive Development Center (Bled, Slovenia). She is a licensed investment advisor and a permanent court expert in the field of economics, the branch of finance, the sub-branch of the capital market. She is the author of several papers on investor relations. From the beginning of her career, she held some of the leading positions in numerous reputable economic and financial institutions in Croatia.

Ivana started her career in 1998 at Pliva where she served until 2003 as a Head of Capital Market Operations. Since 2003 till 2005 she worked at Lura as a Head of Strategic Financing for the purpose of regional expansion and the assistant to CEO.

From 2005 to 2006, she worked at Société Générale - Splitska banka, as the Head of the Structured Financing Department and Deputy Head of the Corporate Center. In 2007 she continued her career in Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank taking the position of Executive Director in the Investment Banking Unit (responsible for financial markets, private banking, corporate finance, asset management and investment funds).

After approval by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, in May 2010 she became the President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

She is a member of the Supervisory Board of the company SEE LINK Skopje, a legal entity founded in 2014, which is the holder of the regional trade integration project, in which the Bulgarian, Macedonian and Zagreb Stock Exchanges participate. After the acquisition of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at the end of 2015, she is also the president of its Supervisory Board. Since December 2020, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of Pan Pek company from Zagreb, and from May 2021 a member of the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange. She is a lecturer in the field of investor relations.

She is a member of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency Council.

Over the years Ivana improved her knowledge through various professional seminars on banking and capital markets. She is often a speaker, lecturer and participant in numerous conferences and professional gatherings on the subject of banking, finance and capital markets.

Despite the continuously challenging environment in which we operate, the Zagreb Stock Exchange has managed to initiate and realize several projects that are important for the future of the capital market in Croatia and in the region. By acquiring the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, the Zagreb Stock Exchange also distinguished itself as the initiator of consolidation processes in the region. We also own a 30% stake in the Macedonian Stock Exchange. In addition, the Progress platform was launched in 2018 as a response to the initiative of the European Commission - Capital Markets Union, which aims to enable equity investments in medium and small companies, which are the most important growth factor of the Croatian economy. The Zagreb Stock Exchange has also, using internal resources, become licensed to issue LEI code ("Legal Entity Identifier") and is also registered as an authorized APA ("Approved publication arrangement"). All development projects run by the Zagreb Stock Exchange are focused on the region, primarily on the markets of Croatia and Slovenia, where the Zagreb Stock Exchange manages regulated markets​.

Zagreb Stock Exchange will continue to the lead the development of the capital market in the region while providing transparent, secure, cost-effective and efficient marketplace as well as obtaining the highest quality of capital market services in order to meet the needs of investors, issuers and all stakeholders.

 
Tomislav Gračan, Member of the Management Board
 
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1997 and gained the Executive MBA degree from the Cotrugli Business School in 2012.

He started his career in 1998 as an intern at the municipal court in Đurđevac where he continued to work as a legal advisor after passing the bar exam.

At the end of 2001 he transferred to Zagrebačka banka Inc., where he worked as a legal specialist in the Bilogora, Podravina and Prigorje branch as well as in the Directorate for Legal Affairs. In early 2003 he became a consultant to the management board in the company Dioki Inc., responsible for restructuring.

In September 2004 he continued his career in a position of a legal adviser to the management board within HVB Leasing Croatia Ltd. After the integration of HVB Leasing Croatia Ltd. and Locat Leasing Croatia Ltd. into UniCredit Leasing Croatia Ltd. he took the position of an Operations Director. In September 2008 Tomislav joined Hypo-Leasing Ltd., where he worked on restructuring as a counselor to the management board.

Since May 2010 Tomislav is the Member of the Management Board of Zagreb Stock Exchange.

He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the director of the company Adria Digital Exchange ltd.

He participated in numerous professional educations related to corporate governance and is the author of two books and several papers on law and finance.
