15 December 2025 - The traditional Annual Awards Ceremony of the Zagreb Stock Exchange was held in Zagreb.
This prestigious annual gathering recognized and honored the most outstanding participants in the capital market whose work and achievements have contributed to the development and stability of Croatia’s financial system.
The guests and award recipients were welcomed with opening remarks by Ms Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange; Mr Marko Bombač, President of the Management Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange; Mr Ante Žigman, Phd, the President of the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa); and Mr Matej Bule, Chief Advisor to the Minister of Finance.

The Zagreb Stock Exchange Awards Committee decided on awards in the following categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze Share; Gold, Silver and Bronze Member; the Award for Contribution to the Development of the Capital Market; and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Academy Award for Contribution to Capital Market Education.
The Gold Share of the Year Award was presented to Končar and accepted on behalf of the company by Management Board Member Mr Mario Radaković.
The Silver Share of the Year Award was accepted by Mr Vanja Burul, President of the Management Board of Končar - Distribution and Special Transformers, on behalf of the awarded company.
The Bronze Share of the Year Award was presented to Hrvatski Telekom and accepted by Management Board Member Mr Matija Kovačević.
The Gold Member of the Year title was awarded to InterCapital Securities, and the award was accepted by the company’s President of the Management Board, Mr Danijel Delač.
The Silver Member of the Year was Privredna banka Zagreb, with the award accepted by Mr Krešimir Kurtić, Director of Brokerage Operations.
The Bronze Member of the Year was Hita vrijednosnice, and the award was presented to its President of the Management Board, Mr Ivan Tadin.
The Award for Contribution to the Development of the Capital Market was presented to ING-GRAD, Tokić and Žito for this year’s IPOs. The awards were accepted by ING-GRAD Management Board Member Ivan Augustin, Tokić President of the Management Board Ivan Šantorić, and Žito Management Board Member Jozo Ljubičić.
This year’s recipient of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Academy Award for Contribution to Capital Market Education was the association Štedopis, with the award accepted on behalf of the association by Silvija Ravlić Varga.
For the fifteenth consecutive year, the Poslovni dnevnik Award for Best Investor Relations, in cooperation with the Zagreb Stock Exchange, was presented. Eligible companies include constituents of the CROBEX index as well as companies listed on the Prime and Official Markets of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Winners are selected based on statistical criteria related to issuers’ compliance with the Exchange Rules and on the results of a survey conducted among capital market participants.
The first prize was awarded to Podravka and accepted by Petar Matoničkin, Lead Expert for Controlling and Investor Relations.
The second prize was accepted on behalf of Atlantic Grupa by Ivana Bračun, Head of Investor Relations and ESG.
The third prize was accepted on behalf of Hrvatski Telekom by Tomislav Bajić, Head of Investor Relations.
The awards were presented by Mr Mladen Miletić, Acting Editor-in-Chief of Poslovni dnevnik.
As part of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Awards Ceremony, the PwC Building Public Trust Award (BPTA) was also presented again this year, and it was awarded to Valamar. The purpose of the award is to recognize and reward companies that stand out for the clarity and transparency of their reporting to stakeholders.

The ceremony concluded with closing remarks by Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, who congratulated all the award recipients.
