Committees

  • Conflict of Interest Committee
  • According to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Conflict of Interest Commitee is an advisory body and is committed to advise the Zagreb Stock Exchange Management Board regarding measures and procedures on preventing and solving conflicts of interest.

    Committee members are:
    1. Maja Bešević - Vlajo, as a representative of Exchange shareholders,
    2. Ante Petričević, as a representative of the Members of the Exchange,
    3. Marko Čižmek, as a representative of the issuers whose financial instruments are listed on the Official or Prime Market,
    4. Zlatko Berdin, as a representative of professional investors,
    5. Ivana Gažić, as a member of the Exchange Management Board.

    Statement of the Management Board in relation to Article 4(7) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014:

  • Committee for Market Protection Measures
  • According to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Commitee for Market Protection Measures is an advisory body and is committed to advise the Zagreb Stock Exchange Management Board on imposing measures to protect market integrity on the issuer or the member firm.

    Committee members are:
    1. Mr. Tomislav Gračan, as a member of the Exchange Management Board.
    2. Mr. Alen Stojanović, phD, as a representative of the academic community of the teaching and research staff of the Faculty of Economics
    3. Mr. Tomislav Jakšić, docent, as a representative of the academic community of the teaching and research staff of the Faculty of Law
    4. Ms. Josipa Jurinić, as a representative from the ranks of arbitrators listed with the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Croatian Chamber of Economy
    5. Mr. Libor Weiser, as a representative of the Members of the Exchange
    6. Ms. Katarina Mindoljević, as a representative of the issuers whose financial instruments are listed on the Official or Prime Market
    7. Ms. Blaženka Eror Matić, as a representative of professional investors
