| In accordance to the provisions of the Resolution on the CROBEXplus® index from April 23, 2014, the Index Committee has decided, at the meeting on October 7, 2015, to adjust price of Liburnia Riviera Hoteli d.d. (trading code: LRH-R-A) shares in indices CROBEXplus® and CROBEXturist®. The price adjustment is due to the Liburnia Riviera Hoteli d.d. (trading code: LRH-R-A) spin-off. The price of Liburnia Riviera Hoteli d.d. shares in CROBEXplus® and CROBEXturist® indices will be adjusted after the close of trading on October 7, 2015 in proportion to the capital ratio before and after the spin-off. |
