News: Trading in BOSQAR's Newly Issued Shares Marked at the ZSE

The Zagreb Stock Exchange marked the commencement of trading in the newly issued shares of BOSQAR d.d., following the successful completion of its secondary public offering (SPO), the largest transaction of its kind in the history of the Croatian capital market. Trading in the newly issued shares officially begins on 8 July.

Through the capital increase, BOSQAR raised EUR 150 million in new capital, while total investor demand reached nearly EUR 178 million. The offering attracted 5,453 retail investors and 26 qualified investors, making it one of the most significant capital market transactions in Croatia in terms of both size and investor participation.

The ceremony at the Zagreb Stock Exchange was attended by the envoy of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Tomislav Ćorić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Ivana Gažić, BOSQAR founder and majority owner Stjepan Orešković, President of the Management Board of BOSQAR Darko Horvat, as well as representatives of institutional investors, financial institutions, business partners and other distinguished guests.

On the occasion, Minister of Finance Tomislav Ćorić highlighted that the transaction represents a significant milestone for the Croatian capital market and expressed his hope that more successful offerings of this kind will follow, contributing to the development and competitiveness of the Croatian economy.

Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, noted that this is the largest capital market transaction by number of investors since the initial public offering of Hrvatski Telekom. She emphasized that the strong participation of retail investors demonstrates the continued maturation of the Croatian capital market and its increasingly important role in financing the growth of Croatian companies.
