News: The First Croatian Educational Simulation Sandbox for Entrepreneurs – PutNaTržište

03/31/2026 10:37

The Zagreb Stock Exchange is one of the partners in the PutNaTržište initiative, presented by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia.
This is an educational simulation sandbox program designed to simulate financing through the capital market, enabling entrepreneurs to receive a free expert assessment of their readiness for capital market financing in a secure, confidential, and non-binding environment.

The program is intended for companies considering an IPO (public offering and listing of shares), bond issuance, or financing through venture capital and private equity funds (VC/PE). Its goal is to facilitate informed decision-making regarding their future financial development.

By participating in this project, the Zagreb Stock Exchange further contributes to expanding the base of potential issuers and supporting their development.
Increasing the number of high-quality, well-prepared companies entering the market has a direct impact on the liquidity and depth of the capital market.
At the same time, the educational component of the program reduces the information gap and the perceived complexity of market-based financing, which is often a key factor discouraging entrepreneurs from pursuing this type of funding.

PutNaTržište represents a concrete step toward creating a new generation of issuers, while the partnership of all key stakeholders—including the Zagreb Stock Exchange—further confirms the shared goal of developing a more efficient, visible, and competitive capital market in Croatia.
