In accordance with the article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Indices Committee from 3rd September 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on March 10, 2026, a regular review of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX®, CROBEXtr®, CROBEX10®, CROBEX10tr®, CROBEXprime®, ADRIAprime®, CROBEXplus® and sector indices. The revision was carried out based on the trading data from September 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
TOKIĆ d.d. shares (ISIN: HRTOK0RA0001, trading code: TOK) have been listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange as of November 20, 2025. The share has met all the criteria for the fast index entry in the following indices: CROBEX®, CROBEXtr® and CROBEXplus®. However, at its meeting held on January 12, 2026, the Index Committee concluded that an extraordinary review would not be conducted due to the upcoming regular review scheduled for March 20, 2026, at which time TOK shares will be included in the composition of all the aforementioned indices.
