In accordance with the article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Indices Committee from 3rd September 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on September 9, 2025, a regular revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX®, CROBEXtr®, CROBEX10®, CROBEX10tr®, CROBEXprime®, ADRIAprime®, CROBEXplus® and sector indices. The revision was carried out based on the trading data from March 1, 2025 to August 29, 2025.
ZITO shares (ŽITO d.d.; ISIN: HRZTOSRB0002) have been listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange as of July 28, 2025. The share has met all the criteria for the fast index entry in the following indices: CROBEX®, CROBEXtr®, CROBEXplus® and corresponding sector index CROBEXnutris®. However, at its meeting held on August 27, 2025, the Index Committee concluded that an extraordinary review would not be conducted due to the upcoming regular review scheduled for September 19, 2025, at which time ZITO shares will be included in the composition of all the aforementioned indices.
