Herby we would like to inform you that the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange adopted new Amendments to the Price List at its meeting held on 4 March 2025.Compared to the previous draft of Amendments to the Price List that was sent you as part of the public discussion on 22 November 2024, the initially proposed fees have been reduced.
The changes relate to the annual listing maintenance fee payable in respect of shares and bonds, which are calculated as a percentage of market capitalization, with the minimum and maximum fees defined, depending on the market, as follows.
The annual listing maintenance fee for shares is 0.03% of market capitalization, where:
• For shares listed on the Main Market, the minimum fee is EUR 7,000.00, and the maximum is EUR 19,000.00;
• For shares listed on the Official Market, the minimum fee is EUR 5,800.00, and the maximum is EUR 19,000.00;
• For shares listed on the Regular Market, the minimum fee is EUR 2,900.00, and the maximum is EUR 9,000.00.
The annual listing maintenance fee for bonds is 0.0003% of market capitalization, where:
• For bonds listed on the Official Market, the minimum fee is EUR 2,500.00, and the maximum is EUR 4,000.00;
• For shares and bonds on the Regular Market, the minimum fee is EUR 2,500.00, and the maximum is EUR 3,500.00.
After additional analysis and feedback from capital market stakeholders, the Zagreb Stock Exchange decided to adjust the fee level in order to maintain a balance between the quality of services and their accessibility for our users.
