In accordance to the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange index resolution from December 14, 2011 and amendments from August 22, 2012, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on May 7, 2013, an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange index CROBEX®.
The extraordinary revision was due to the fact 93.750 ordinary shares of LEDO d.d. (trading code: LEDO-R-A) were listed on the Official Market as of May 3, 2013.
Free float factor of LEDO d.d. shares increased form 25% to 45% and resulted with the increase of number of LEDO d.d. shares included in the CROBEX® index from 55.043 to 141.264.
New number of LEDO d.d. shares in amount of 141.264 will be used in the calculation of CROBEX® index as of May 15, 2013.
The extraordinary revision was due to the fact 93.750 ordinary shares of LEDO d.d. (trading code: LEDO-R-A) were listed on the Official Market as of May 3, 2013.
