In accordance to the provisions of the Resolution on the CROBEX® index, Resolution on CROBEXtr® index and Resolution on the CROBEX10® index from February 9, 2017 the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on May 3, 2017, an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX®, CROBEXtr® and CROBEX10® indices.
Following to the issuer's notice of convening an extraordinary General Meeting to decide on the election of a new auditor and the suspension of trading by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, the Index Committee has decided that the following stocks of companies owned by the Agrokor group are to be excluded from the CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices:
Additionally, shares of company Ledo d.d. (trading code LEDO-R-A) will also be excluded from the CROBEX10® index.
Extraordinary revision of CROBEX®, CROBEXtr® and CROBEX10® indices will be implemented after the close of trading on May 19, 2017. |
