In accordance to the provisions of the Resolution on the CROBEX® index and Resolution on CROBEXtr® index from February 9, 2017 the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on June 7, 2017, an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange CROBEX® and CROBEXtr®.
The extraordinary revision was due to the fact additional issue of 2.946.221 ordinary shares of Arena Hospitality Group d.d. (trading code: ARNT-R-A) were listed on the Regular Market as of June 6, 2017 and the total listed number of Arena Hospitality Group d.d. shares increased to 5.128.721.
Free float factor of Arena Hospitality Group d.d. increased to 50%, weighting factor is equal to 1 and the number of Arena Hospitality Group d.d. shares included in the CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices will be increased from 763.875 to 2.564.361.
Additionally, shares of company Viadukt d.d. (trading code VDKT-R-A) will be excluded from the CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices due to the announcement that pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure is being instigated against the company.
Extraordinary revision of CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices will be implemented after the close of trading on June 19, 2017.
