In accordance with the CROBEX© resolution from January 20, 2020 and the CROBEXtr© resolution from August 30, 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on March 1, 2022, an extraordinary index revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange CROBEX© and CROBEXtr© indices.In accordance with the article 11 of the Resolution on CROBEX© index and the article 10 of the Resolution on CROBEXtr© index, particular event for the extraordinary index revision is delisting of a particular share. As company PETROKEMIJA d.d. has decided on the General Meeting on February 28, 2022 that the shares of the subject company will be delisted from regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, its shares shall be excluded from the composition of CROBEX© and CROBEXtr© indices starting as of March 7 th , 2022. The revision shall be carried out on March 4, 2022 after the close of trading.
The calculation of CROBEX© and CROBEXtr© indices with the following composition will start on March 7, 2022:
