In accordance with the article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Index Committee from September 3 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on April 15, 2025, an extraordinary review of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX®, CROBEXtr®, CROBEXplus® and CROBEXkonstrukt®.Due to the Article 30 of the Resolution on the CROBEX® index, the Article 29 of the Resolution on the CROBEXtr® index as well as the Article 23 of the Resolution on the CROBEXplus® and sectoral indices, the Index Committee may conduct an extraordinary review to add a new share to the index in case that, in the first 30 days from its listing, the respective share trades on 100% of all trading sessions, taking account of its market capitalization and liquidity.
According to the trading data in the period from the first trading day, March 10, 2025, until and including April 8, 2025, ING-GRAD d.d. share was traded 22 days out of 22 possible trading days, which makes 100%.
As the share of ING-GRAD d.d. met all the criteria for the fast index entry, it shall be included in the following indices: CROBEX®, CROBEXtr®, CROBEXplus® and CROBEXkonstrukt®.
The review will take place after the end of trading on April 25, 2025 and the subject indices shall be calculated with the new compositions as of April 28, 2025.
