According to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Conflict of Interest Commitee is an advisory body and is committed to advise the Zagreb Stock Exchange Management Board regarding measures and procedures on preventing and solving conflicts of interest.

- Marko Čižmek, as a representative of the issuers whose financial instruments are listed on the Official or Prime Market,
- Zlatko Berdin, as a representative of professional investors,
- Ivana Gažić, as a member of the Exchange Management Board.
