The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, the Central Depository and Clearing Company and the Zagreb Stock Exchange held the 12th annual training for companies listed on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.The eevent was held virtually for the second time, and more than 100 representatives of issuers participated, to whom novelties related to capital market regulation and other related topics were presented.
The focus of this year's training was non-financial reporting, corporate governance and the SRD II directive.
In addition to the educational character, the intention of this event is to encourage open dialogue among capital market participants in order to address topics of interest to all market participants.
