In accordance with the article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Index Committee from September 3 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on December 7, 2022, an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX®, CROBEXtr®, CROBEXplus® and CROBEXtransport®.The revision was done after a takeover bid of TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION d.d. by the bidder Tankerska plovidba d.d. On December 6, 2022 Tankerska plovidba d.d. announced that it holds 8.492.215 shares of TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION d.d., which accounts for 97,24% of the share capital. Therefore free float factor of TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION d.d. shares decreased from 48,14% na 2,76%.
The Indexes Committee has decided to exclude the shares of TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION d.d. from the composition of the CROBEX©, CROBEXtr©, CROBEXplus© and CROBEXtransport© indices starting as of December 15, 2022.
