In accordance to the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange index resolution from December 22, 2014, the resolution on CROBEXtr® index from August 6, 2014 and the resolution on CROBEX10® index from August 6, 2014, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on July 31, 2015, an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX®, CROBEXtr® and CROBEX10®.
The extraordinary revision was due to the fact 1.700.000 ordinary shares of Podravka d.d. (trading code: PODR-R-A) were listed on the Official Market as of July 28, 2015.
Since the free float factor of Podravka d.d. did not change, the extraordinary revision will resulted with the increase of number of Podravka d.d. shares included in the CROBEX®, CROBEXtr® and CROBEX10® indices from 3.794.002 to 4.984.002.
New number of Podravka d.d. shares in amount of 4.984.002 will be used in the calculation of CROBEX®, CROBEXtr® and CROBEX10® indices as of August 11, 2015.
