In accordance with the CROBEX© resolution from January 20, 2020 and the CROBEXtr© resolution from August 30, 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on May 23, 2022, an extraordinary index revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange CROBEX© and CROBEXtr© indices.In accordance with the article 11 of the Resolution on CROBEX© index and the article 10 of the Resolution on CROBEXtr© index, particular event for the extraordinary index revision is corporate action in a form of listing additional issues of shares of the company already included in the composition of indices.
As additional issue of 41.000.000 shares of DALEKOVOD d.d. was listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange Official market on May 18, 2022, conditions for the inclusion of additional share issue were met and the additional amount of shares shall be included in the composition of CROBEX© and CROBEXtr© indices starting as of June 1st, 2022. The revision shall be carried out on May 31st, 2022 after the close of trading.
