In accordance to the provisions of the CROBEX® index resolution from February 9, 2017 and resolution on CROBEXtr® index from February 9, 2017, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on October 12, 2018, an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX® and CROBEXtr®.
Revision was due to the fact that additional issue of 11.594.240 ordinary shares of Jadran d.d. (ISIN HRJDRNRB0002) were listed on the Regular Market as of October 12, 2018.
Revision will result with the increase of number of Jadran d.d. shares included in the CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices from 16.377.223 to 27.971.463. Free float and weighting factor of Jadran d.d. are not changed.
Extraordinary revision of CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices is scheduled after the close of trading on October 19, 2018.
Revision was due to the fact that additional issue of 11.594.240 ordinary shares of Jadran d.d. (ISIN HRJDRNRB0002) were listed on the Regular Market as of October 12, 2018.
Revision will result with the increase of number of Jadran d.d. shares included in the CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices from 16.377.223 to 27.971.463. Free float and weighting factor of Jadran d.d. are not changed.
Extraordinary revision of CROBEX® and CROBEXtr® indices is scheduled after the close of trading on October 19, 2018.
