News: Ammedments on Resolution on CROBEXplus and sector indices

The Zagreb Stock Exchange has amended the Resolution on the CROBEXplus and sectoral indices.

Ammendments refers to the treatment of the companies in the case of pre-bankruptcy settlement or in case of bankruptcy or liquidation of the company.

If a proposal for the initiation of pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure is made, or in case of bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings being instigated against the company, shares of that company are not eligible for inclusion into CROBEXplus^® index.
