In accordance with the article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Indices Committee from September 3rd, 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on October 1st, 2019, an extraordinary revision of the CROBEXplus® and CROBEXtransport® indices.
The extraordinary revision was due to the fact company Uljanik Plovidba d.d. (trading code: ULPL, ISIN: HRULPLRA0002) on September 30th, 2019 announced that pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure was being instigated against the company.
Exclusion of Uljanik Plovidba d.d. shares from CROBEXplus® and CROBEXtransport® indices will be implemented after the close of trading on October 14th, 2019.
Moreover, due to the fact that only one share would remain in the CROBEXtransport® composition after the exclusion of Uljanik Plovidba d.d. shares, the Exchange decided to suspend the calculation of the CROBEXtransport® index temporarily.
