In accordance with the CROBEXplus© and sectoral indices resolution, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on November 21, 2023, an extraordinary index revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange CROBEXplus© and CROBEXturist© indices.In accordance with the article 13 of the Resolution on CROBEXplus© and sectoral indices, particular event for the extraordinary index revision is acquisition of the company already included in the composition of indices.
Due to the announcement of FTB turizam d.d. published on November 7, 2023 the general assembly approved the agreement on company acquisition and FTB turizam d.d. shall be acquired by SNH GAMA d.d. Therefore, shares of the FTB turizam d.d. shall be excluded from the compositions of both CROBEXplus© and CROBEXturist© indices. The revision shall be carried out on November 24, 2023 after the close of trading.
